Sushi Train Restaurant

The ceiling design, inspired by traditional lanterns, spans the entire dining area. Combined with floor-to-ceiling windows, this design enhances the restaurant's visibility and appeal to passersby, attracting potential customers.

The restaurant features a Japanese-inspired design with wooden elements and soft yellow lighting, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere for diners to enjoy their meals comfortably.

To promote hygiene management, we have installed two handwashing stations within the restaurant. These stations encourage customers to wash their hands before eating and help reduce congestion at the restrooms, improving overall customer convenience.

Large glass panels provide an open view of the kitchen and sushi chefs at work, creating an engaging "Itamae" experience. This design not only adds visual interest but also builds customer trust by showcasing the preparation of their meals.

In response to the increased demand for meal delivery due to the Covid pandemic, we have incorporated both dine-in and takeout/delivery services. To streamline operations and avoid confusion, we have separated the dine-in and takeout/delivery counters. Dedicated staff manage the takeout orders, ensuring a smooth experience for both in-house diners and takeout customers.

To optimize labour efficiency, we have implemented a self-order system. This system allows staff to focus on delivering personalized service and addressing immediate concerns, enabling us to provide high-quality service with a streamlined team.
